OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel has closed its USD750 million 5-year Eurobond offering with an annual coupon rate of 4.375 percent. The placement is the largest ever Eurobond transaction by a Russian or CIS non-state owned company made in a Reg S-only (outside of the U.S.) transaction.
